Getting Started

How do you learn my brand voice?

When you sign up, we take you through a detailed onboarding process where we learn everything about your business — your tone, values, target audience, and the kind of content you love (and hate). We'll review your existing content, ask the right questions, and create a brand voice guide that every piece of content is written against. Most clients tell us our posts sound just like them — only better.

How quickly can you get started?

Once you've signed up and completed onboarding, we typically have your first content ready within 5–7 business days. We'll share it with you for approval before anything goes live.

Do I need to approve content before it's posted?

That's entirely up to you. We offer both fully managed posting (we schedule and publish everything) and an approval workflow where you review content before it goes live. We'll set this up based on your preference during onboarding.


Plans & Pricing

Which plan is right for my business?

It depends on your goals, budget, and how many platforms you want to be active on. As a rough guide: the Starter plan suits sole traders and small local businesses; Growth is ideal for SMEs ready to scale; Pro suits established brands wanting serious results; and Enterprise is for large organisations needing a fully bespoke service. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and we'll get you set up on the new plan straight away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees, no hidden charges, and no long-term contracts.

Do you offer discounts for annual payments?

Yes — we offer a discount for clients who pay annually upfront. Contact us for details.


Results & Performance

How long before I see results?

Social media growth takes time, but most clients start seeing improved engagement within the first 4–6 weeks. Follower growth and reach typically build steadily over 3–6 months as your content strategy matures. We'll track and report on your progress every month so you can see exactly what's working.

What platforms do you manage?

We manage all major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and Pinterest. The number of platforms included depends on your plan.

How will I know if it's working?

Every plan includes a monthly performance report covering key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and post performance. Pro and Enterprise clients also receive in-depth analytics and regular strategy calls to review progress and adjust the approach.


Working Together

Will I have a dedicated account manager?

Pro and Enterprise clients have a dedicated account manager as their single point of contact. Starter and Growth clients are supported by our team via email with priority support available on the Growth plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. We don't believe in locking clients in. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

What do you need from me on an ongoing basis?

Very little — that's the point! We may occasionally ask for photos, product updates, or upcoming news to keep content fresh and relevant. Beyond that, we handle everything. Most clients spend less than 30 minutes per month on their social media once we're up and running.
